If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a refund, email: support@cc2pay.com

Include your full name and order number in your request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

We reserve the right to request return of unused product before issuing a refund.

If you select a subscription purchase:

Your card will be charged automatically every 30 days at the subscription rate displayed at checkout.
Your order will ship every 30 days unless cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@cc2pay.com.
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

There are no cancellation fees.
